Wishing you and yours a happy holiday!

The end of the year is a good time to reflect, renew, and rejoice.Christine and Graham Elliot at GEB, Chicago2016 was a good year. I cooked with Chef Anita of Pondicheri (now also open in New York) for a private dinner that raised funds to help the vision impaired. I ate at Graham Elliot's restaurant, and he even personally cooked for us. I held another successful pop-up in Houston. I was invited to be a guest on CNN International’s Inspirations: Breaking Boundaries in London. One of my BFFs got married. I met a lot of new, interesting people in Vietnam. I got to tour the Red Boat fish sauce facilities in Phu Quoc. I filmed the fourth season of my cooking show, Four Senses. I got to meet and have lunch with Chris Dinh and Ali Wong (on two separate occasions). I went to Adele’s concert. And I traveled to cool places, including Nashville, New York, Chicago, London, Los Angeles, San Diego, Vietnam, Toronto, Las Vegas, Amsterdam, Prague, and Seattle.Christine onstage at CNN, LondonIt was a busy and fun year, but what I value most is my R&R time at home with the hubs and the pups. When I’m busy, I find solace in the mundane domestic things of life, like laundry and home-cooking.Christine & Carl Heinrich on Four Senses set, TorontoLife is about balance and moderation. For that, I am grateful that my year was productive, full of wonderment and new experiences, and yet I still have a house and family to come home to.Christine & Ali Wong in HoustonI wish you and your loved ones a wonderful and joyous holiday season this year!Teresa & bridesmaids
