I’ll be joining the celebrity chef line-up at the 9th annual Qatar International Food Festival in Doha March 15–25, 2018

I’m proud to announce I will be part of the chef line-up at this year’s 9th annual Qatar International Food Festival, taking place at the Hotel Park in Doha from March 15–25. I will be attending the Opening Ceremony on the 15th and performing two cooking demonstrations at the live theater. My first demo will be on March 15th and my second on the 17th.I was initially invited by the Embassy of Vietnam in Qatar to highlight Vietnamese cuisine, and I will show how to make lemongrass grilled chicken rolls with fish sauce vinaigrette for the Vietnamese-themed demo on March 17th. And then as a nod to my Texas roots, I’ll be making Mexican beef steak fajita tacos with grilled corn for my first demo on March 15th.At the 2018 Qatar International Food Festival, I’ll be joining the likes of celebrity chefs Wolfgang Puck (who just completed 24 years of cooking the post-Oscars ball this past Sunday), Anna Olson (a guest on my former show, Four Senses), and American Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto (whose Morimoto Napa restaurant inspired my uni carbonara). I’m super excited to meet these chef heroes and visit a new country!
