Going on hiatus until The Blind Goat opens

It’s coming down to the wire! I’ve been uber busy with all the preparations that go into opening a restaurant for the first time; from selecting dishware to hiring staff to learning how to use a point of sale system, it’s got me swamped. That’s why I will have to put this blog on hiatus for a short while as I get ready for The Blind Goat to open in downtown Houston. Soft opening is slated for next month, by the way!I will be posting more sporadically, but I still hope to post, especially if there’s something to say about The Blind Goat.In the meantime, please follow our progress at The Blind Goat’s Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
