New Year’s Eve party with The Blind Goat at Bravery Chef Hall, episode 4 behind the scenes

It’s getting closer to opening date. (Right now, we’re looking at first week of March.) But our first unofficial service as The Blind Goat was the New Year’s Eve party co-hosted by Bravery Chef Hall. Like with all my pop-ups, it’s a whirlwind of stress leading up to the event, but I’m always able to pull it off, thanks to the best support often led by the hubs. This time for New Year’s Eve, though, the hubs and I were well supported by our first two hires, Chefs Jimmy and Thuy, who helped with prep, cook, and service. We were a well-oiled machine. In episode 4, you’ll also get to glimpse our weekly Bravery meetings attended by my soon-to-be neighbors at Bravery—all professional chefs with much more experience running a commercial kitchen than me. But it’ll be good to be surrounded by those from whom I can learn. After all, life is about constant learning.Happy watching!
