Which dessert to eat at Momofuku Milk Bar in New York

David Chang’s Momofuku is an empire. And the Momofuku Milk Bar, in my opinion, is the crown jewel of that empire. Now, I’m not even a desserts gal, but Milk Bar does some crazy-creative stuff with sweets, and they’re delicious. While the crack pie (think cookie dough with oats and sugar and salt to the nth degree) is perhaps Milk Bar’s most popular dessert, I much prefer the corn cookie (hint: must love corn). One thing I can agree on, however, is the cereal milk. Imagine drinking the milk after you’ve let it soak in the sugar from, say, Frosted Flakes. All of us who were kids once had that great idea, but it was Momofuku Milk Bar that took that great idea, bottled it, and cashed in.Christina Tosi is the is the chef mastermind behind Milk Bar, and she’s since become a regular judge on “MasterChef” on FOX. When I had a guest appearance on MasterChef’s Celebrity Showdown, I even got her to autograph my cookbook—you can get your very own Momofuku Milk Bar cookbook, too. Just likely without the autograph.Milk Bar has multiple locations in many cities across North America, so here’s your chance to sink your teeth into a corn cookie at your nearest Milk Bar.Momofuku Milk Bar - East Village251 E. 13th St. (At 2nd Ave.)New York, NY 10003Phone: +1 347 577-9504(Multiple locations)
